At Antica Torre Tornabuoni, we couldn’t miss out on this enological celebration, reason why we invite you to our Wine Experiences, in which you can taste three premium references by the glass.
We are one of the only Roof Bars in Florence – if not the only one – where you can taste these extremely precious wines by the glass, rather than having to purchase the entire bottle as is often the case.
Therefore, we have a tasting menu that allows you to pair these exceptional wines with small dishes that enhance their aromas and essence, which we present below.

Gaja Dagromis
Barolo docg, 2018, 100% Nebbiolo
A wine with an intense yet elegant sweet profile, dominated by spices and wild berries, blackberry, mint, preserves, licorice, and coffee. On the palate, it’s well-structured and precise, with a full body, fresh acidity, but a slightly dry finish.

Beef Bresaola carpaccio, aged balsamic vinegar, 24 month cured parmesan on Shiso leaf
Tignanello
Antinori igt, 2020, 80% sangiovese, 10% cabernet sauvignon, 10% cabernet franc
Intensely ruby red in color, Tignanello 2020 has exceptional aromatic complexity: notes of ripe red fruit especially cherries, strawberries and blackberries are accompanied by delicate floral hints of violets, mallow blossoms and roses. Its bouquet is completed by notes of roasted coffee and cocoa powder.

Tipical Chianina crouton, fresh rocket and Tuscan black truffle
Laurent Perrier
Champagne brut cuvée 2019 – 50% chardonnay , 35% pinot noir, 15% pinot meunier
Made predominantly from Chardonnay, this champagne is distinguished by its great finesse and refreshing crispness, achieved through extended aging in our cellars.

CLASSIC TUSCAN – 35€ PER PERSON
Bolgheri Il Bruciato
Antinori doc 2021, 38% cabernet sauvignon , 22% cabernet franc , 19% merlot , 15% syrah , 6% petit verdot
Il Bruciato 2021 presents itself with its usual intense ruby-red color. On the nose, it reveals prominent notes of ripe red berries, sweet spices, and tobacco. On the palate, it is well-structured, enveloping, with a pleasant fruity aftertaste that gives it both drinkability and persistence.
Brunello di Montalcino
Val di Suga docg 2018, 100% sangiovese
Val di Suga’s Brunello is a blend of grapes from three vineyards, aiming for a perfect balance between the characteristics of the three terroirs. It is a traditional, austere, and elegant wine. Made from 100% Sangiovese grapes, it displays an intense ruby-red color with garnet reflections. On the nose, it is rich and complex, offering notes of dark cherry, chinotto, and violet. On the palate, it is fresh, velvety, and elegant, with a precise tannic structure. The finish is very persistent, with a pleasant aftertaste of cherry and chocolate.
Chardonnay Toscana
Oltrepoggio Colognole docg 2021, 100% chardonnay
The Chardonnay Toscana has aromas of ripe apricot with light floral notes. Its fresh, crisp acidity keeps the wine lively on the palate, well-integrated with a deep minerality that enhances its complexity.
You can have a glass of one of these three premium wines to go with our selection of typical cheeses and cold cuts:
Cured pecorino, semi-cured pecorino, buffalo blu cheese, parmigiano Reggiano 24 month, served with red onion marmalade and artisanal honey, Tuscan capocollo, finocchiona, wild boar salame, Tuscan prosciutto crudo, breadsticks, Tuscan bread, and schiacciata.
