Your ideal \u201cgood morning\u201d? A morning routine you can\u2019t go without?<\/strong><\/p>\n

My ideal good morning is waking up rested and naturally, because I\u2019m satisfied with what the day holds. My unmissable routine is starting my workday by lifting my colleagues\u2019 spirits and making sure we\u2019re all in harmony.<\/p>\n

What makes breakfast at the Torre special? A detail you think guests remember most?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Definitely the wonderful buffet, with its high-quality products prepared with love, the attention to detail in every aspect, and of course, the breathtaking view.<\/p>\n

Sweet or savory? What do you choose to start the day?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I always choose sweet.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The most popular breakfast dish among international guests? And the one Italians prefer?<\/strong><\/p>\n

International guests almost always go for scrambled eggs and bacon, and they also really enjoy savory pies. Italians are getting used to the idea of breakfast as a main meal, so they\u2019re trying more savory options, but they still often go for sweet choices.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

If you could offer a \u201cFlorentine-style\u201d breakfast, what would be on the plate?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I\u2019d suggest fresh Tuscan bread with salt, pepper, and olive oil, accompanied by walnuts, seasonal fruit, and a caf\u00e9 latte.<\/p>\n

One ingredient that\u2019s never missing in your kitchen?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The essential ingredients that give flavor to every dish: tomato, extra virgin olive oil, and fresh herbs.<\/p>\n

Is there a moment during service that particularly moves you?<\/strong><\/p>\n

When guests smile and are truly satisfied \u2014 it\u2019s in that moment I feel the reward of all the preparation and effort.<\/p>\n

How important is the view of the city during breakfast? Can you share a special reaction from a guest?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Guests often feel like they\u2019ve stepped into another world. I\u2019ll catch them lost in admiration of the view. It really means a lot.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In your opinion, what\u2019s the most valuable aspect of the relationship between staff and guests? Do you have a memory with a guest that you hold dear?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Of course, not all guests are the same, but many grow fond of us. I remember one gentleman who would come at the same time every morning to enjoy breakfast at the same table with his wife. His presence became such a part of daily life at the hotel that saying goodbye was hard for many of us.<\/p>\n

Your favorite spot in the Torre to enjoy a light lunch?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The terrace where breakfast is served.<\/p>\n

A funny anecdote from breakfast or lunch service? Something that made you smile!<\/strong><\/p>\n

It made me smile when I got along so well with some guests that they invited me to sit and have lunch with them! Of course, I politely declined with a smile, but it was a fun moment.<\/p>\n
