With the recent transformation of our panoramic Bar TornaB<\/a>, we\u2019ve opened the doors to a new era of elegance at Antica Torre Tornabuoni. The design is fresh, the ambiance more refined than ever, and the cocktail menu completely renewed. And yet, the soul remains untouched: the same warm welcome, the same sophisticated charm, and\u2014above all\u2014the same breathtaking view that has captivated our guests for years.<\/p>\n

To celebrate this new beginning, we\u2019re introducing Blue Horizon, one of the signature cocktails from our new menu, by our bartender Ranjula Wickrama. Inspired by the ever-changing colors of the Tuscan sky, it\u2019s a drink that reflects both innovation and timeless beauty\u2014just like our rooftop.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s how to bring a sip of the TornaB experience to your own home:<\/p>\n

\"Blue<\/p>\n

Blue Horizon<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/u><\/p>\n

– 60 ml Ketel One Vodka<\/p>\n

– 30 ml Venturo<\/p>\n

– 15 ml Bergamot & Ginger Liqueur<\/p>\n

– 20 ml Fresh lime juice<\/p>\n

– 10 ml Sugar syrup<\/p>\n

– 90 ml Soda water (Limit to the top of the glass)<\/p>\n

Method<\/u><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Fill a glass with fresh ice<\/li>\n
  2. Pour in the vodka, Venturo, bergamot & ginger liqueur, fresh lime juice, and sugar syrup<\/li>\n
  3. Stir gently to combine<\/li>\n
  4. Top with soda water<\/li>\n
  5. Garnish with a lime slice .<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
