Not surprisingly, one of our recipes is mentioned in the book \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3mHcMBH\">Dolce Firenze &amp; Toscana &#8211; The sweet side of our country<\/a>\u201d, by Veronica Triolo (link to the interview on our blog).<\/p>\n<p>As we are in the middle of the pandemic, you probably won&#8217;t be able to taste this delight on our property, so we decided to give you a delicious Christmas present: the Matcha Tea Plumcake recipe. It will surely sweeten your December.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Matcha tea plumcake<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ingredients for 6\/10 people<\/p>\n<p>7 ounces (200 gr) flour 00<br \/>\n7 ounces (200 gr) granulated sugar<br \/>\n3 eggs<br \/>\n2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil<br \/>\n3 tablespoons whole milk<br \/>\n0.6 ounces (16 gr) yeast<br \/>\n2 tsp Matcha tea<\/p>\n<p>In a bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, and yeast, then add the eggs, milk, EVO oil, one at a time, mixing with a spatula. Finally add the Matcha tea powder and continue stirring. Pour into a greased and floured mold and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes. Just before serving, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar and 1\/2 teaspoon of Matcha tea.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t forget to share your plumcake photo on Instagram and mark our profile @tornabuoni_anticatorre.
