We are happy to inform you that our restaurant The Tower is open and has a new menu prepared with love and care by our talented chef Carlos Eduardo Curasma. Among the novelties created by Curasma are the Spaghetti alla Chitarra and Tomato and Chard Sauce; Sienese Pici with Chianina Ragù; and the Spaghetti with Mussels and Zucchini.
There are new creations also on the grill, as the Sliced beef, salad and roasted potatoes; the Mixed Grilled Fish and Shellfish; and the Cockerel alla Diavola and Roasted Potatoes. For the dessert lovers, the Wild Fruit Panna Cotta is a must try. See the complete menu here.
Before dinner, you can have a drink in our Panoramic Bar, which overlooks the city on the sixth floor of our palace. Its wall is made with an immense glass window. The furnishing elements, the suggestive panorama and the good music create the perfect atmosphere to enjoy an aperitif.
Talking about panoramas, the city view from the restaurant, with the Duomo as the background, transforms the experience of dinning into something multisensory, which goes beyond the pleasure of tasting amazing dishes. The magic of our terraces is expressed through the views of Florence, which represent the ideal setting for celebrating weddings, private events or even a special dinner with the ones you love.
Locally sourced products
Our restaurant The Tower serves the best that our region has on offer, using exclusively locally sourced products; fresh fish from the gulf of Follonica, Chianina meat and saffron which is still handpicked by established farms such as Palagiaccio. Our menu tells a story or better it exposes Florence’s soul through the most traditional recipes, prepared by the talented hands of our chef.
