Unfortunately, not all of our followers are staying with us this vacation, so we decided to bring a little piece of our breakfast to you wherever you are, sharing this delicious coconut cake recipe. Enjoy!
6.25oz coconut flour
12.5oz granulated sugar
1oz (1 sachet) of baking powder
13.50 fl oz coconut milk
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Gradually add the coconut milk, coconut flour with a pinch of salt, making them absorb well into the dough.
- Add the 00 flour, previously passed through the sieve, always a little at a time and mixing from the bottom up to prevent the mixture from breaking down. Finally add the sifted yeast.
- Put the mixture in a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 170° for about 40 minutes.
